To define SYNTHESIS, it’s the combining of individual components in such a way that they create one singular entity. Simple right? Well not quite, you can’t just pull everything together and hope for the best. The devil is in the detail, it needs to be conducted with expertise and finesse as it’s the relationships, interactions as well as the method as to how these components combine and fit together that dictate how they form the completed package. This, the “how”, is integral as to whether the end result is perceived as a success or failure.

Now as above, in any project, there are a complex variety of completely different elements that the need to be brought together to yield a successful result. From planning, surveying, design, cost, procurement, approved sub-contractors/suppliers, the list goes on.  

This is where we come in, the SYNTHESIS team will take care of this for you. From conceptualisation through implementation, delivery and completion our team will take full control of all these elements, delivering your project in its entirety to the highest standards.

It’s our job to be rigorously inquisitive, entirely understand, this way we fully control and deliver effectively with no exceptions! The project team’s ability to successfully deliver (yep, this includes you as the client) is reliant on all those involved to work cohesively and effectively as one collective entity all pointed in one direction, the right one. For that we believe it’s all about having the right people, @SYNTHESIS our experienced team work together impeccably. Our ability to consistently deliver at the top level is achieved through tried, tested and proven management strategies, whilst utilising our invaluable network of sub-contractor, supplier and specialist partners. 

We will constantly communicate open and honestly with you  and together with comprehensive knowledge and experience we seek understanding inclusive of all the project requirements. We do this whilst seamlessly managing all the pieces and fit them together - this is our speciality.
